I have had some great battery candles and some awful ones too. These ones are definitely in the ‘great’ category.These are taller than the real tealight candles, but they fitted brilliantly in two of the lamps I have in the garden. The timer works fine, as does the remote control which can slightly brighten or dim the light to your preference. The bulb light is a creamy white, which is my preference over the more yellowy coloured bulb.One evening recently I went into the garden and had to do a double take as I didn’t remember lighting a candle in the lamp.
